223 Nasi Lemak

Did you ever wonder what you can get in the middle of the night when you are hungry? Fast food? Hmm.. Not a good idea for tonight.. Maybe some otak-otak and nasi lemak bungkus will do yea?

223 Nasi Lemak is a place which me any my colleagues will visit once awhile when we are working on night shift and come to supper time. It's somewhere located at PJ area. When you heading to Digital Mall, PJ, you will be stopping at Jln 222 traffic light and a Malay Mosque is just at your right handside. Turn to the right after traffic light and go straigh all the way to the end. It's located after Stamford College and opposite Amway building.


Their yummylicious otak-otak at RM0.50/stick.

There are 2 different brand of nasi lemak which recognize with Red/Blue ink stamp. I have tried on 2 different nasi lemak bungkus just to compare which is more delicious.

This is red ink stamp nasi lemak, "Yati" nasi lemak which I personally think more delicious, it just simply because the spice of sambal is just nice and feel like having another pack.

The other brand with blue ink stamp, "Suri" nasi lemak.

"Suri" nasi lemak sambal is more watery and become so spicy on that night, as I know their sambal is not as hot as "Yati" nasi lemak, however on that night what I can feel is just a HOT.. Maybe you will say: more spicy for the nasi lemak, more delicious. I totally agreed with you, but is not applied on that nasi lemak because what I can feel is just a taste of chilli but nothing more. Maybe I should try next time again.

Each pack of the nasi lemak just cost of RM1.20, so it's kinda worthy and you will hardly found a nasi lemak with price of RM1.20 nowadays.

Neslo ais (Nescafe + Milo)

Take a look on these bunch of banana leaf and you will know how good business they are everynight.. =)

Sea Park Nasi Lemak

Nasi Lemak Ayam or Sea Park Nasi Lemak! I believe most of us only got one thought: Oh~! That place.. Yummy~ That's right! Do you get me?? lolz

Sea Park nasi lemak located at Sea Park, PJ.. (Ehem! Abit rubbish.. Excuse me..) Well, if you know well of PJ area, you should know this nasi lemak located just beside Maybank, and it only open at night because in the morning that place will open business for chinese restaurant. Guess you will easily find out because once the night come, crowded as usual.

My drink: Nes-lo ais (Nescafe+Milo+Ice).. Nice one, you should try it.

This is their ever famous Nasi Lemak Ayam! Everyone come for their Nasi Lemak Ayam, their ayam goreng is so delicious.. yum yum~

Today, I go for Indo mee + "mata kerbau" + ayam goreng.. (Because I already had 2 times nasi lemak in the morning and noon.. =.=" guess more than enough for today..) But still wanna go for their ayam goreng, can't take Indo Mee without their ayam goreng.. bluek..

SS2 Nasi Lemak

What is the most common food in Malaysia beside Roti Canai? Definately will be Nasi Lemak. Nasi Lemak is the most common breakfast for all the Malaysian no matter you are Chinese, Indian or Malay. This must be one of the culture in Malaysia. ^^*

Previously I have go through Jackson Blog and found out this Nasi Lemak selling by 2 brothers. Thus, after I'm off shift at 8am, I decided to heading towards to SS2 take a look and of course get "ta pao"! It's located beside SS2 police station, behind BHP petrol station. I have took this for your better picture.


Far far away you are able to see there are lots of people queueing up!


Everyone come for their Nasi Lemak, ta pao + ing before heading to office. However I am ta pao + ing before heading back to home for Zzz..

Wow~ after I took this shot only I realise how big the sotong is~! Beside Sotong will be rendang chicken, delicious one!
