Foh San Dim Sum

Hi reader! Sorry for didn't update quite sometimes, as I've been busy for my works and some personal stuff. Hope you all dun mind yea.. =)

Well, what comes into your mind when you visit Ipoh?? Ipoh Bean Sprouts Chicken Rice or Ipoh Salted Chicken as everyone's familiar? I believe Foh San Dim Sum will be one of the must visit restaurant in Ipoh, however there are one and the only one thing I can describe for Foh San Dim Sum Restaurant.. which is "crowded"!!! Full of peoples!!!

Foh San Dim Sum has shifted to new location which is much more bigger then old one and looks just like a bangalow, I am amazed.. Wonder how good a dim sum business can be..

There are 2 floors for the restaurant but it's pack of peoples, we can't even find an empty place. Been searching and waiting for about half an hour and successfully get an empty place. Phew, it just a dim sum man..

Char siew bao.. Anyone?

Chicken feet dim sum.. Not as nice as I expected..

Forgot what this bao called as.. it looks like a vocano..

Take a look what it filled inside the bao.. Glutinous rice with chicken, salted egg york and some mushroom..

Fu Lai Dim Sum

Just another review for Dim Sum which you can find it even in the middle of the night. I myself not really good in review of dim sum because I think most of the dim sum more or less the same. I guess what I really concern is the variety of dim sum and the taste of "xiu mai", because this is a must have when I go for dim sum. =)

Fu Lai Dim Sum located at Jalan Kuchai Lama and there is another branch located at Bandar Sri Menjalara, Kepong.

A food review is to gather all the opinion from peoples and according to my friend, it's just ok. In fact, they more prefer the one in Sea Park, again, different people will have different opinion ya. The bill end up RM41.60 for 4 of us and we have erm.. About 13 plates of dim sum..

Restaurant Eng Meng dim sum

What's the first ever mission when I back to my lovely hometown, Penang - Bukit Mertajam? MAKAN! Yea! Dim Sum is one of the "makanan" in my list, in fact, everytime when we back to BM, my daddy will bring us to dim sum as breakfast. And this is one of the restaurant we been since we shifted to new place.

Restaurant Eng Meng located at Kampung Baru, BM. There are lots of choices for dim sum, steamed, fried or even mee (生虾面). We been there for ta pao as we need to heading towards to UUM in order to send some stuff to my younger brother who study in UUM.

Sharkfins' and porridge for your side dish? Or main course? Honestly, I never try sharkfins' at place of dim sum, wonder how's the taste?

Oh, this is nice.. Even is abit sweeter but no harm to try it once awhile right. =)

While my mom and sister keep choosing the dim sum, I have took the chances to take lots of pictures for my blog. Hehe.. One of the aunt who worked there has asked me: Are you a reporter? lolx.. Of course not, I'm just taking all the nice photo and upload it to my blog and promote your dim sum aunt.. Haha.. They are pretty nice and showing me which one is better and delicious so that I could take pictures of dim sum.. Thank you so much for your help.

Although I might disturb your daily work while taking picture, but as I promise I have uploaded on my blog.. ^^ I miss all the foods in BM and hope I can go back home sooner to enjoy all the foods again!

Restaurant Jin Xuan

It's a sleepless night yesterday, guess it's due to I have used to my 2 weeks night shift work. Thus, this morning I have woke up earlier even I'm off shift. Sis and sis's bf invited go for dim sum, and I'm happy to be mini spot lights! Here we go!

Restaurant Jin Xuan Hong Kong Dim Sum located at Damansara Jaya, behind Atria Shopping Center, same roll as Maybank. This is their branch restaurant, their HQ located at Kuchai Lama but I never been there before.

We din't even eat 30% of the dim sum here.. There are lots more choices there, guess one of the reason is I like to pick the dim sum from the basket when those waiter walking around and asking: want this? want that? More dim sum feel right? lolz
